The Best Dinner Ever!

I just started looking at Jamie Oliver and I made a lamb kebab dish that he made on one of his shows.
Here's a link to the recipe http://www.jamieoliver.com/recipes/lamb-recipes/grilled-lamb-kofta-kebabs-with-pistachios-and-spicy-salad-wrap

I put the meet in the food processor with the spices and blended until it was like a mince,
then put it on a metal skewer.

I grilled it on a frying pan until it was nice and gold.

I took them off the skewers and broke them off with some salad and yoghurt on a piece of flat bread.

It got a bit messy but the results were delicious!!!!

I went inside the TARDIS! Beat that!

There's a cool thing that you can find on Google Maps in London, search for Earl's Court Road, London, and you can actually see the TARDIS and go inside of it.
Here's a link to the actual map location: http://goo.gl/GNfZD2 just click that link and Google Maps will go there.
You can look around the outside, but if you click the double arrows pointing to the TARDIS, you can go inside of it!!!!
I'm trying not to look at this too much, it could be a spoiler of the next Doctor!
It's amazing because you can see it from all different angles, which is great, because usually in the show, they just show a couple of angles and you can't really see what it's like.

Art History

I've been really interested in Art lately and learning about Art History.
My mum found this cool channel on YouTube where there's a guy teaching about Art History from different cultures. I liked best the one about Egyptian art and I think the animations are really cool and really funny. And it's really interesting.
I also watched one about Greek and Roman art, and one about Renaissance art, and some other ones.
Now I really want my mum to take me to an Art Gallery soon to see some really cool art, but I'd even more like to go to the Science Museum. Just because science and history and art are really cool, so I thought I'd share this video with you and I hope you like it.

Giant Sequoias.

I've been learning about the giant sequoia trees in California -the giant sequoia (Sequoiadendron giganteum) and the coast redwood (Sequoia sempervirens).
I'm really interested in these kinds of trees because they're so big and I feel connected to them.

I found this website of the first sequoia trees that were found and cut by Europeans

This tree was cut down in 1853 and they used the trunk for a dancefloor.

It makes me sad that they had to cut down these beautiful trees.
I'm glad that they don't cut the sequoias down much any more.

Here's a picture of me as a baby with my mum at the sequoia trees in California.

Twinkle Twinkle Big Black Hole

I really love science and I really love funny parodies about famous songs. I bet Sheldon from The Big Bang Theory would love this one - Just Sayin! I really love it too.

I make up parody lyrics to songs all the time, and I write a lot of songs, I'll post some of them some times.

Looking at Old Cameras at the Museum

Do you have an interest in taking camera pictures of old cameras that used to take pictures?
I do. I took pictures of my friend taking pics of me taking pics of the old cameras at the history museum.
Wow, that was hard to say!
Look at these old, old, old cameras!

Minecraft Doctor Who Mods

I was watching some minecraft, that's a computer game I play. There are some videos on YouTube made by someone called cavemanfilms, he dos mod reviews on YouTube for the game. You should see the videos.

My favourite is the Dalek Mod, because I really like Doctor Who and I really like minecraft so it's the best combination of things I like.

Here is an example.

It features the sonic screwdriver, daleks, cybermen, and the empty child (I'm a bit scared of the empty child). And the TARDIS, and even the Doctor's Car Betsy from the old episodes.

WTF Evolution

I look at a funny website about the weirdest animals. It's called WTF Evolution, and it's written like someone is having a conversation with evolution about all the crazy animals on Earth. It's a really weird way of describing things.
Here's an example of one of my favourite ones that were recently posted, http://wtfevolution.tumblr.com/post/51730497599/hmm-this-slug-came-out-a-little-funny-whoa about a pink slug that was discovered a few weeks ago in New South Wales, which is where we live! http://www.treehugger.com/natural-sciences/giant-pink-cannibal-slug-discovered-australia.html
It's so interesting and I love all the posts on WTF Evolution - read it! http://wtfevolution.tumblr.com
I love it because it's so so so so funny and I learn interesting things about biology.

Tyler on the beach.

A boy called Tyler is sick in hospital. To cheer him up, a lot of people have been taking a picture of Tyler to different places in the world and photographing it. So we took a Flat Tyler to Bali with us.
I think it's really sad that Tyler is sick and can't go anywhere, so I'm really happy to help make him feel better.

scuba

I went scuba diving in a really deep pool. It was 5 metres deep.
I learnt to get water out of my scuba mask and equalise my air pressure.

mothers day

Me and my friends did a performance for our mums for mothers day.
We sang and danced, our mums laughed and clapped for us.
PS: I'm the one in the green dress.
